Bulk Plant Supervisor

Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced local Bulk Plant Supervisor to take full responsibility for the daily operation and management of our bulk cement plant and jetty bulk facilities in Songkhla. The successful candidate will supervise all bulk plant activities, ensure safe and efficient cement blending and transfer operations, coordinate manpower, maintain equipment reliability, and manage inventory and materials to support offshore cementing operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operation of the bulk cement plant and jetty bulk facilities. Supervise cement blending, bulk cement transfer, truck loading/unloading, and vessel loading operations. Plan and arrange daily work assignments for bulk plant and jetty personnel. Ensure sufficient cement, additives, and other materials are available to support operations. Coordinate bulk cement transportation between the bulk plant and jetty. Monitor the operating status of compressors, silos, pipelines, blowers, valves, dust collectors, and other equipment. Conduct daily equipment inspections and organize preventive maintenance. Coordinate equipment repairs and follow up on maintenance activities. Manage spare parts, consumables, tools, and warehouse inventory. Maintain equipment records, maintenance records, and operational reports. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the bulk plant and jetty. Implement and enforce company HSE policies and safe working procedures. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety inspections. Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, offshore operations, and management to ensure smooth operations. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
