Sales Support Officer (Inventory Control/Supply Chain) - Samutprakarn (10905)Location : Taiban, Mueang, Samut PrakanWork Hours : Mon-Fri (8AM-4:30PM)Industry : OEM Food ManufacturingJob Descriptions - Process customer orders and enter order information into the system - Prepare and check Purchase Orders, invoices, and other sales documents - Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules - Monitor customer orders from order receipt until delivery - Answer questions about order status and product availability - Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records - Check and solve inventory differences - Coordinate stock replenishment and purchasing requirements - Analyze inventory movement and prepare inventory reports - Coordinate stock counts and inventory audits - Work with warehouse and operation teams for stock receiving and dispatch - Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics service providers - Track shipment status and solve transportation or logistics issues - Support demand planning and supply chain activities - Prepare and check import-export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin - Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agencies - Monitor customs clearance and shipping schedules - Track import and export shipments and provide updates - Maintain inventory and shipment records in ERP systems - Prepare sales, inventory, and logistics reports - Support KPI tracking and monthly reporting - Communicate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Finance, and Accounting teams - Communicate with customers about order status, delivery schedules, and shipments - Prepare product samples and related documents for local and overseas customers - Arrange courier shipments for samples and documents - Handle other tasks assigned by managementBenefits & Allowance - Social Security - Bonus - OT Allowance - Salary Increment - Position Allowance - Transportation Allowance - Medical Insurance - Annual Medical Check-up - Annual Leave - Business Leave - Gasoline Allowance - Company Trip: Family members can also be covered by the company - Provident Fund
